Spa Party FAQ

  • We are happy to host spa parties at both our Washington and Peoria locations! While both locations offer a relaxing and luxurious experience, our Peoria location has a larger space and is better suited for bigger groups. Our team will help determine which location is the best fit based on your group size and requested services.

  • We have a 7-day cancellation policy for all spa parties. We ask that any cancellations or changes to your scheduled services be communicated at least 7 days prior to your event. This allows us to properly coordinate our service providers and ensure the best experience for your group. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Absolutely! We understand that finding a time that works for everyone can be challenging. We are happy to accommodate spa parties on Sundays or outside of our regular business hours, based on staff availability. A $100 additional fee applies to parties scheduled during these times.

  • Yes, we remain actively involved until solutions are fully operational and staff are confident.Yes! A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all spa parties. We want your experience to be as relaxing and stress-free as possible, so everything is taken care of ahead of time. All you have to do is arrive, unwind, and enjoy your time with us!

  • We do our best to coordinate services so your group can enjoy their spa experience together! Scheduling will depend on the number of guests, services selected, and availability of our service providers. Our spa party coordinator will work with you to create a schedule that flows smoothly and allows everyone to enjoy their experience.
