Corpo Bello Wedding Inquiry
Your appointment date and services will be secured when the contract is completed and signed, and when the 50% deposit for all services, gratuity and fees have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Bride has 30 days prior to the wedding date to make changes to the wedding contract. If changes are made after this date then you will forfeit the amount paid for services.
Wedding contracts are paid in two payments. The initial deposit due at signing and final payment 30 days before of the wedding. Bride will confirm services 30 days prior to the wedding date and pay the remaining balance 30 days before wedding. Contract pricing must be paid in full before Corpo Bello team can arrive on site.
Timing is important. To ensure all services are met, the schedule must remain on time as outlined in the contract. There will be a $250 late fee for bridal party's who begin services later than their contracted time. The credit card on file will be charged for any late fees that were assessed.
Wedding deposit is non-refundable within 45 days of the scheduled wedding date.
Start time is 8am, unless arranged differently.
Bridal trials are not included in booking weddings with Corpo Bello. Bridal trials booked in the salon atleast 1-2 months before the wedding.
Credit cards deposits are subject to a 3% transaction fee for Visa and 4% for American Express, Mastercard or Discover.
If the scope of the original contact time cannot be fulfilled due to attendant's tardiness, service times may be reduced; however, attendants are liable for the original contracted amount. Any add on services must be paid for at the time of service. Should there be any outstanding payments for services, the credit card on file will be charged along with a 20% gratuity charge. Due to the size of our bridal parties and clients in our facility, we do not have the accommodations for bridal party attendees that are not scheduled for hair or makeup services with us to do their hair or apply their own makeup in our bridal rooms or restrooms. Wedding Coordinator with Corpo Bello will have the final determination on the arrival and start time for services as well as the number of stylists who will be available on the date of the event. Once service providers have checked over all completed services and any touchups are done, all services will be completed at that time.
