Cancellation Policy:

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. This credit card will remain on file for all future appointments. Cancellations made with less than a 12 hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. No Call/No Show will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. We do not guarantee or refund packages.

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival. We are a baby-friendly, breast feeding friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety. Only registered service animals are allowed into the salon during business hours.

We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at Corpo Bello Salon and Spa, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another service provider who fits your needs.
